Shipping and Delivery

Orders from Dusk Beauty are shipped from our warehouses via trusted logistics service providers. Please note the following timelines for delivery after your order has been processed:

• Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Timings
Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Signature Upon Delivery
Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please ensure someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, can receive the package on your behalf. However, Dusk Beauty is not liable for goods signed by someone other than the intended recipient.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders: Currently, all prepaid orders qualify for free domestic shipping across India for orders above Rs 500. 
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout for specified COD and prepaid orders.
