Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled immediately after placement. Cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched cannot be accommodated.

For your safety, please do not accept packages that show signs of tampering, missing items, or visible damage from our courier partners.

If a package appears tampered with upon delivery, we advise you to refuse it. Dusk Beauty is not liable for refunds, returns, or replacements for products received in such conditions. Please thoroughly inspect your package at the time of delivery before accepting it.
